We have been with A&A for nearly 12 years and 4 different family cars. My wife found them and was impressed because they were the only shop that didn't speak down to her regarding repairs. They have always been fair and honest, even to the extent of alerting us to work that might be needed in 4-6 months rather than pushing to have it down immediately. Their website promotes their "beating a dead horse" counseling which I can say from experience has been helpful. - Chris S.
